This consulate’s «About us» page says it represents the Dominican Republic before Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina and Bermuda: that is the Miami consulate’s jurisdiction, copied across. The phone number does not match either: the Embassy publishes (773) 714-4924, its contact page (872) 813-9775.

This is the only Dominican consulate in the Midwest and by distance it covers an enormous area. It is on Bryn Mawr Avenue, near O'Hare airport, not in the Loop.
