What you can settle without going

  • Apostille Dominican documents at the Foreign Ministry in Santo Domingo, the only competent authority.
  • Ask for current fees by phone before travelling: several are not published anywhere.
  • Fill in the e-Ticket for entry and exit at eticket.migracion.gob.do, which is free and mandatory for every passenger.
